Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs (3 large) unpeeled russet
- potatoes, cut into 1/2" thick slices
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, garlic, salt & pepper in large bowl. Add potato slices and turn to coat. Grill potatoes for 16-18 mins. until cooked through and nicely browned turning once.
