Ingredients
- Crust -
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Squares –
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoanut
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour with butter until it blends to a smooth paste. Spread this mixture into 9 x 12 pan. Bake 12 minutes at 375. Spread crust square mixture.
Bake 25 minutes at 375. Cool and spread with 1 ½ cup power sugar thinned with lemon juice.
