Slow Cook Beef Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 2 pound London Broil
  • 1 pkg Burrito Mix
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 4 1/2 oz Green Chiles, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat and rub burrito mix on both sides of the beef

Coat Crock Pot with Pam

Place meat in pot add onion,vinegar and chiles

Cover and cook on low for 9 hours

Remove meat and shred. Return meat to pot and stir well.

Notes:
Serve with:

refried beans
sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream
chopped tomatoes
chopped peppers
lettuce
corn
tortillas
