Pork Tenderloin in Spiced Bourbon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bourbon (we use Makers Mark)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 stp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 (1 lb each) Pork Tenderloin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except pork with a wisk or in a processor. Place tenderloins and marinade in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator overnight. Grill for 15 to 25 minutes or until Pork has reached 165 degrees internal temp. Baste often while grilling.
