Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20 to 24 croissants

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix. Spread on croissants.
