Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parmesan & Romano Cheeses, grated
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic , minced
- 4 large Tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cut each tomato into 5 slices. Spread each with 1 Tbsp cheese mixture
Place on an un-greased baking sheet. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until cheese mixture is golden brown tomatoes are heated through.
