  • 16 oz tomato juice
  • 2 oz cider vinegar
  • 2 oz EVOO
  • .4 oz iodized salt
  • . 2 oz minced garlic
  • .3 oz jalapeños or more to taste
  • .4 oz minced cilantro
  • 2/3 cucumber, sm dice
  • 1/2 red onion, sm dice
  • 1 lg green pepper
  • 1/4 sm red pepper, sm dice
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sm dice
