Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, scrubbed5 medium onions8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
2. Slice potatoes and onions. Arrange in overlapping rows in 6 individual au gratin dishes, alternating potato and onion slices.
3. Combine butter, salt, parsley, black pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.
4. Drizzle butter mixture on top of potatoes and onions.
5. Bake, covered with foil, for 20 minutes. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
