Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 Tbl. mild olive oil
- 1/4 C grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tbl. fresh chopped parsley or parsley flakes
- 1 Tbl. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine break crumbs, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a shallow pan. Coat fillets
with cheese crumb mixture and saute until golden brown, turn over and cook until filetsflake
easily with a fork. Sprinkle filets with lemon juice and serve.
