Onions, Grilled Red

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T sage, thyme, rosemary or savory
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 4 red onions cut into 1/2 " rounds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk first 5 ingredients together. Brush aluminum foil with oil. Overlap onions on foil and drizzle with dressing. Roast on grill 20-30 minutes.
