Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 t garlic salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 4 T butter
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain, then mash well. Beat cream cheese with sour cream until fluffy; gradually beat into mashed potatoes until smooth. Add garlic salt & Pepper; mix well. Turn into buttered casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, at 400 deg for 60 mins.
Can be made up to 3 days in advance. Bring to room temperature before baking.
