Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup - (10 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cans boned chicken - (5 oz ea)
- 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash freshly-ground black pepper
- Cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except rice in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Stir and cook 10 minutes or until hot. Serve over hot cooked rice.
