Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 cups grated zucchini

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together. Sift flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add to eggs, beat well. Fold in succhini and nuts. Pour into two greased or paper lined pans. Bake at 350 for one hour.
