Ingredients

  • 6 unpeeled shallots
  • 3 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

AT 350 degrees roast shallots and garlic after tossing in olive oil until soft, 20 to 30 minutes. cool, then peel. Finely chop and mix with yogurt, chives and salt. top with more chives.
