Ingredients
- 3 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed and thoroughly dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Paprika or other spice of choice.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place chickpeas on a rimmed baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Shake around until evenly covered. Season with salt, again shaking to coat. Repeat with the paprika. A good amount of salt and seasoning is needed.
Cook for 40-50 minutes.
