Ingredients
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 ripe bananas
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees...
Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
Stir dry ingredients adn put aside in separate bowl.
Mash the bananas.
Add the eggs one at a time until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients until blended-do not overmix!
Add the bananas on low mix.
Spray loaf pan.
Pour batter evenly.
Bake for approximately 45-60 min testing with toothpick.
Rotate loaf pan if it starts to get dark.
It takes most of the full hour to cook, so about 55 min start checking with toothpick every few min. It also finishes really fast so keep an eye on it!
