Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 large onion
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in baking pan. Tuck thick onion slices
around the chicken. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Bake chicken,
uncovered, for 25 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 25 minutes
