BEEF AND POTATOES AU GRATIN

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • i medium onion chopped
  • 1 can (11 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 can (16 oz) sliced potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir to separate meat. Pour off grease. Blend in soup and water; add potatoes. Heat stirring occasionally.
