  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size
  • 2 T EVOO
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 deg. On a baking sheet, toss the cauliflower with the EVOO; season with salt & pepper and arrange in an even layer. Roast until tender and browned; 20-25 mins.
