Brussels Sprouts, Bacon-wrapped

  • Creamy Mustard Sauce:
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Bacon
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 t whole grain mustard
  • 2 t whole grain mustard
  • salt & pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Microwave 10 bacon slices between paper towels at HIGH for 1 1/2 mins. Cut in half. Cut brussels sprouts in half; wrap bacon slice around sprout; secure with toothpick. Place sprouts, cut side down, on lightly greased wire rack on baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper Bake for 20-25 mins or until crisp. Serve with Creamy Mustard Sauce.
