Broccoli With Lemon Sesame Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb. broccoli, cut into serving-sized spears
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 T. toasted sesame seed
  • 1/4 t. garlic salt
  • 1 to 2 T. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Steam broccoli. Melt margarine in small skillet. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly. Place hot broccoli in serving dish. Pour margarine mixture over broccoli.
