Ingredients

  • 3 lb. rump roast
  • 1 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1/4 c + 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 t liquid smoke
  • 1 T onion flakes
  • 1/8 t garlic powder
  • Rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast into crock pot with all other ingredients, except rolls. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Take meat out, shred and return to pot. Serve on rolls.
