Ingredients
- 1 lb ziti
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ziti. Combine ricotta and tomato sauce. Pour over ziti and blend. Add diced mozzarella, salt and pepper; toss to mix. Place in 2 qt. casserole, cover with thin slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15 mins., uncovered, in 350 deg. oven until lightly browned.
