Ingredients
- 1 head Savoy cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbs. cumin seeds, toasted
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the onion. Combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and blueberries in a large bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, cliantro, cumin and 1 tbsp. salt and toss to combine.
Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
