Blueberry Boy Bait

This is a buttery, crumbly coffee cake topped with blueberries and cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 cups All-purpose flour
• 1 & 1/2 cups Sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2/3 cups butter (softened)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. almond extract (I think this makes it!!)
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350*

Grease & flour a 9x13 pan

Combine first 8 ingredients in mixing bowl & blend on low til moistened, then on medium for 2 minutes.

Pour into pan & sprinkle blueberries on top.

Mix together topping & sprinkle on top.

Bake @ 350* for 40-50 minutes or until cake in golden and sprinkles back when touched.
