Ingredients
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (1/2 medium)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 * 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed 98% fat-free cream of celery soup with 30% less sodium
- 1 * 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 * 1 bag (14 oz) Green Giant Select® frozen broccoli florets, thawed, larger pieces cut up
- 2 * 2 cups diced cooked chicken
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cheese, bell pepper, mayonnaise, soup and water chestnuts. Stir in broccoli and chicken; pour into baking dish.
2. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
