Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccoli, bite-size pieces
- 1 small head Cauliflower, bite-size pieces
- 1 small Red Onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese {4oz}
- 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled Bacon
- 1 cup Splenda {28g}
- 2 cups Mayonnaise {448g}
- 4 tablespoons White Vinegar {2oz}
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower. Add onion and mix well. Add cheese and bacon.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. Whisk well so there are no lumps. Pour over prepared vegetables and mix until vegetable are evenly coated. Chill prior to serving.
