Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put zucchini, butter and seasoning in skillet. Cover and cook slowly 5 minutes. uncover and cook turning slices until barley tender, about 5 mnutes more. Sprinkle with cheese, mix and serve.
