Carmel Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with the juice
• 3 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (don’t peel)
• 1 8 oz tub of Lite Cool Whip (not fat-free!)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Mix:
1 small pkg sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with the juice
Add:
3 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (don’t peel)
Fold in:
1 8 oz tub of Lite Cool Whip (not fat-free!)
1 cup mini marshmallows
When completely mixed together, cover and store in refrigerator
