Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 pint dairy sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Sprinkle of paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes in jackets; cool completely. Peel and shred potatoes; mix with other ingredients except paprika. Put into baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Note: May prepare and refrigerate day before; bake before serving.
