Big Fish Garlic Bread

Recipe obtained when taking a cooking class at a local restaurant. Recipe downsized from restaurant size, so measurements may seem a bit odd. (Original quantities included in parentheses.)

Ingredients
- 0.7 lb margerine (7 lb)
- 0.3 lb unsalted butter (3 lb)
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley (1 1/4 c)
- 1 t black pepper (3 T)
- 2 T plus 2 1/2 t garlic, chopped (1 3/4 c)
- French bread, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Beat first five ingredients together. Spread on bread. Bake in 350 degree oven until begins to brown.
