Ingredients
- 8 skinless/boneless chicken
- zest of lemon
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup veg oil
- 8 finely minced garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon each thyme, parsley, oregano, chives (all fresh)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in large dish, add chicken on top and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill chicken.
