Judy's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, not marinated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1


Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and process until chunky-smooth consistency.

Pour into a small baking dish (one that you can serve from too).

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and browned.
