John's Berry-Berry Cool Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 banana, frozen

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smoothie consistency. Ice cubes may be added before blending , if an icier consistency is preferred. Also, frozen berries will make it chunkier and icier too.
