Ingredients
- 8-10 Baby Red Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- Parmesan Cheese
- 2-4 TBSP Olive Oil (or as much needed to evenly coat potatoes)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in pot until you can stick a fork fairly easily into them. Drain the potatoes in strainer. In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese. Garnish with salt and pepper, then serve.
