  • 8-10 Baby Red Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 2-4 TBSP Olive Oil (or as much needed to evenly coat potatoes)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in pot until you can stick a fork fairly easily into them. Drain the potatoes in strainer. In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese. Garnish with salt and pepper, then serve.
