Ingredients
- 4 cups bite sized pieces of roasted turkey
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsley broken
- 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix turkey, celery and walnuts together. Add salt and black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix or whisk mayonnaise and honey mustard vinaigrette together well. Add mayonnaise mixture to turkey and blend.
Serve on crusty french bread or on a bed of crisp lettuce. Garnish with grapes.
