  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can beer (12 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt and paprika. Gradually beat in beer until batter is quite thin. Dip fish first into flour then into beef batter.
