Dip (Caesar Crab Dip)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups motts clamato juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz frozen crab meat, thawes rinsed and squeezed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • Salt and ppepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Gradually add the motts until well combined.
3. Beat in the worcestershire and lemon juice
4. Stir in crab jalapenos and green onions
5. Chill for one hour then season with salt and pepoer
6. Serve with vegetables crackers or corn chips
