Ingredients
- 1 lb beef
- 16 oz salsa
- 2 c shredded mexican cheese
- taco seasonings
- 8 burrito size tortillas
- Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain. Mix with 1/2 c salsa, 1 c cheese and taco seasonings.
In 13x9 pan put 1 c salsa on bottom. Roll mixture into tortillas and place with seam side down. Spread remaining salsa (1/2 c) on top and sprinkle remaining cheese (1 c) over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
Serve with sour cream and mexican rice on the side.
