Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cups no salt added chicken broth
  • 1 package 7-8 ounces dried cheese filled tortellini
  • 1 - 16 ounces package (4 cups) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots or other veggie melody
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add tortellini, reduce heat and cook uncovered for approx 10 min. Add the vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat and cook

2. Divide among soup bowls
