Ingredients
- 1 lb ground buffalo
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 3 T. worcestershire sauce (low sodium)
- pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except avocado together. Form into burger patties. Grill to desired level of doneness. I served mine on a bed of arugula and tomatoes and topped it with avocado.
