Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 c peccorino romano
- 1/2 c fontina/fontinella
- 1 pkg gorgonzola
- 1 pkg fetta
- 2 c mozarella
- 1 pound penne pasta, cook el dente
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in cooked pasta. Pour into 2 pie plates or a casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 500 for 20 mins.
