Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 1/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- Pink or red food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except food coloring together in a large bowl. Divide mixture in half. Color one half with 2 drops of food coloring. Press into a loaf pan that has been lightly coated with powdered sugar (8 x 4 x 2). Top with the other half of mixture. Chill until firm then slice into cubes.
