Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup p.sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 tab. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- milk
Preparation
Step 1
grind 1/2 cup coconut and add 1 cup flour, salt and pulse then add butter and vanilla and pulse till dough forms-roll into balls and bake 350 for about 15 min. on ungreased sheets
glaze- mix 1 cup p.sugar and enough milk to thin and roll cookies in and then roll in rest of chopped coconut
