Pumpkin Cake (or muffins)

Moist, semi-dense, full of flavor and spices.
This can be made in a Bundt pan or as muffins.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 3 C. flour
- 3 C. pumpkin (1 large can)
- 1 C. chocolate chips
- 1 C. chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in order listed.
Pour batter into either greased bundt pan or 24 muffins cups.
Bake at 350
1 hour 15 minutes for the cake
35 minutes for the muffins
