Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- chopped red or green onion
- golden raisins

- rice noodles

- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh onion
- 1 cup light olive oil (canola oil)
- 1 tbsp. poppyseed
Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli florets into bowl. Add other ingredients to suit your taste. Mix well and serve immediately. (If you make this ahead of time, don’t add the rice noodles or dressing until the last minute.)
Directions for salad dressing:
Mix all ingredients in blender.
This dressing will keep for a while. Make sure to store it in a container that you can shake easily before using the dressing.
To make this recipe gluten free, eliminate the rice noodles and add some sunflower seeds for some crunch!
