Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 T. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 lb ricotta
Preparation
Step 1
Put flour in a large bowl and make a well. Add eggs and beat them in the well. Then add the water and beat in the well as well. Finally add the ricotta and beat all together with hands. Once beaten together, place the dough onto a kneading board and work the dough adding flour as needed. Then roll into gnocchi.
