Ingredients
- 3/4 c black olives,pitted
- 1/4 c drained capers
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 1/4 c chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c evoo
- 1 lb spaghetti
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
1) finely chop olives, capers and pine nuts. transfer to serving bowl and add parsley, red pepper flakes and oil. stir til combined
2) cook spaghetti, drain reserving 1c of pasta water.
3) add pasta to olive mix and toss well. if pasta is dry add pasta water as needed
