Marbeled Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 c water
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil and water in large mixer bowl. Beat on low til moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir 2-1/2 c of the cake mix into the pumpkin and spices. Alternately spoon plain cake mix with pumpkins batter in greased bundt or tube pan. Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 min then turn out of the pan. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
